- I experience this condition connecting to 3 different ISPs. They each have in
- excess of 60 modems of ( in at least one case) mixed types. I am using the
- default init string in Win95...anything else I might tell you to eliminate
- other possibilities...?
- I called the USR BBS hoping to get a good connection. I connected to them at
- 19200 receive and 16400 send...runnig their USRSTATS and asking for a retrain
- helped nothing.
